Access Audio had a busy weekend, including this job for the International Association of Firefighters Local 48. The IAFF is holding their biennial conference in Cincinnati this year and called on Access Audio to help out with their Welcome Party on Freedom Way.
The event was not without challenges: Due to the Cincinnati Reds game, the streets could not be closed until two hours before the event! The weather shortened that time to one hour. We’re pleased to report that Access Audio was up to the challenge. With help from our friends at Kentucky Indiana Productions, we had generators running, the entire stage, PA, and lighting up, and a the band soundchecked and ready to go! The rental included PA, digital console, Shure UHF-R wireless, LED lighting, staging, and generators.
While Robin Lacy and DeZydeco put on an incredible show for over 3000 party guests, the crew from Access Audio headed over to Smale Park to set up a second sound system for the after party and fireworks.
Both events were an incredible success, and we’re glad to have provided a single phone call solution for the IAFF. When you need to rent audio, lighting, staging, or event power in Cincinnati, contact us!
