Access Audio is pleased to have provided a full production package to Young Life Capernaum’s “Royal Prom”, held at Crossroads in Florence, Kentucky. The Royal Prom provides a magical evening out for hundreds of special needs students, each of which is accompanied by a date. There really aren’t words to describe it…it’s amazing!
Our production package included audio, lighting, video, and event power. Our VUE Audiotechnik al-8 line array perfomed wonderfully, keeping the audio to the dance floor and off the walls and ceiling. Lighting included a host of Chauvet Professional fixtures, including Legend 330SR Spots, Q-Wash 419Z-LED’s, and COLORdash Batten-Hex 8’s. We were switching video on a Roland Professional VR-50HD. We provided power with a 25K entertainment generator and Applied Electronics power distribution.
